Reiki translates as "universal" or "God-consciousness"(Rei) and "vital life force" (Ki) and all living things have this life force energy circulating through it and around it, from plants to animals including people. Reiki is not a religion however it is spiritual in nature.

It raises the vibrational level of the energy field with positive energy to where negative thoughts and feelings have attached, causing them to break apart and fall away, leaving clear, straight pathways for the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.
